THE RURAL LOAN PROGRAM: BRINGING ECONOMIC VITALITY TO SMALL COMMUNITIES IN WASHINGTON

We understand that rural businesses have a distinct set of challenges and opportunities. The Rural Loan Program was designed to support businesses in towns of 25,000 or less by meeting their unique financing needs.

The program is available to businesses located in the following Washington state counties: Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Klickitat, Mason, Pierce, Skagit, Skamania, Thurston and Yakima.

  • Ability to preserve working capital and cash flow
  • No prepayment penalty
  • Up to 90 percent financing with senior lender participation
  • Funds can be used as a down payment for other loans
  • Fees can be financed

  • New construction and/or building renovation
  • Machinery and equipment purchases
  • Inventory
  • Working capital
  • Refinancing existing business debt
