Edna has played a key role in streamlining Evergreen's processes. For example, our simultaneous signing process on straight purchases reduces hassle, paperwork and risk for everyone involved. We provide the key SBA documents needed for the 504 loan when the borrower signs the lending partner's documents to close on the real estate or equipment purchase. Our Closing Team has the expertise to make this our standard practice.

Also, Edna wants borrowers and lenders to know that the Servicing Team is here to help. "There are many changes in loan terms and conditions that don't require specific SBA concurrence. We have a lot of unilateral authority to assist our customers by modifying the terms and conditions of their SBA loans."
